Then gently, and in very practical terms, he leads us into this new consciousness. We will come to experience who we truly are and learn to live and breathe freely.

First book to confidently cover the dark side...
Most books like this simply cover the good side of spiritualism and glaze over the darkness in this world. This book confidently addresses both the light and dark sides of spiritualism. This is by far the best summarization of modern spirituality I've read. Kudos to author. This book not only held my interest but also answered some questions that have eluded me in several years of reading this type of stuff. Great book...

Check your skepticism at the door
I found the book heavy on “why”, yet leaner on “how” than I expected. That’s ok as a complement to other, perhaps more complete works like Why Buddhism is True, Zen Mind Beginners Mind. But if this your entry point into spirituality, there may be some tough intellectualization hurdles for you to overcome as Ziad talks about densities or expects you to accept conspiracies to dampen important scientific discoveries of the 20th century by powers who would rather humanity not become enlightened. While interesting and probably at some even true, these accounts were mostly unnecessary to the process he lays out at the end. But that’s only if you’ve come far enough in your spiritual journey that you no longer need to be “convinced” why spirituality is good for you as well as your neighbor or the universe for that matter.

The denigration of science
I purchased this book because I liked the idea it pursues. However, the author has made many unscientific assertions and has tried to pass them off as scientific fact. If you research these 'facts' further you will find in many instances the experiments that supposedly support them could not be independently verified or repeated, that statements have been cherry-picked and taken out of context. As a result this is a work of fiction. Don't waste your money.

Not For Everyone
I listened to the entire audio book. the narration was adequate, so, no problems there. where I have a problem is the message it gives.
The author espouses a belief that before you arrive here on earth, you have a pre-existence meeting with the powers that be too help decide what you need to experience, and map out your life as to what will happen and how it will happen. He tells you that everything that happens to you in this life is the result of what you agreed to in this meeting. This may be true, but, my gut tells me that this is New Age thinking fine wild.
If what he says is true, then you have no accountability for the outcomes of your actions, that everything happening is according to script, that you have no real control over your life's outcomes, and that you shouldn't sweat whatever happens because it's all designed to give you experience. And that's all learning, and all learning is good.
By this philosophy, Hitler, Stalin or Mao shouldn't suffer for their actions because they took on a roll that was designed to give those who came under their influence experience, which is good. Somehow, I don't think that these guys are being left off that easy.
He talks about much more than just what a rebooted reviewer above. And some of it had the ring of truth to it. But, beware of the error in his teachings. One may not wish to listen to this book If they haven't got a deep understanding on how to distinguish between truth and error. Just because it sounds good, and it fits with what you hope and wish were true, doesn't mean it is true.

Lost me somewhere around chapter 4
This book has so many great reviews, I thought I'd give it a go. A ray of positivity...perhaps, a different way of looking at things... on a dark day.
It started off promisingly enough, with some interesting and hopeful insights, almost plausible and introduced with a 'this is the way it is' kind of angle. No speculation. These are the facts. Hmmm.
I just find it difficult to swallow how, with every supposed case of reincarnation, the spirit has always been a human previously. Nobody ever remembers a previous life as a mosquito, do they? But why not? the narrator states that we are all connected, all one, all the same thing. But he then goes on to describe alien beings as somehow different (and perhaps mosquitoes, too) as apparently we don't come back as aliens, either.
All rather dodgy.
I'd love to believe in all this stuff. Of course I would, who wouldn't? But I'm afraid I just - don't - and this book has managed to push me even further away. Shame.

I have read and listened to many books in this subject area and in my opinion this is one of the best. This is a well thought out thought provoking book - one that I highly recommend.

Hope and peace
I have always somehow been on the spiritual path and sometimes felt like I must have been an absolute bastard in my last life
because I got so much thrown at me in this life! After a now devastating and life changing 2020 where my decisions over my own life have been stripped away from me I was trying to stay positive and to look ahead but I just felt down and broken... this book has truly opened my eyes and I feel energised and everything makes sense again. I am looking forward to the changes that will and are taking place in our world now and soon. Thank you for this book, it truly is a life saver and life changer 🙏🏼❤️

wow!
I don't even think I can put into words the shifts I received from this book. This book resonated with me in the way that it shone a light on inner truths I've always known. I have read so many books on this subject and this one has made the top 3. This is the first that I have finished listening to and then instantly began listening over again from the beginning.

Synthesised read on the make up of reality
MUST READ FOR REALITY CREATORS, ENLIGHTENMENT OR LAW OF ATTRACTION STUDENTS !!
Rather practical, useful for everyday application and easy to read, compared to other complex scientific approaches.
I had seen this book for around for while but never took initiative to actually read it, until I picked it up from my local library then bought the audio version.
Develops self awareness, conscious and deliberate creation techniques, new beliefs around the Universe and the Law of Attraction or similar topics.

Awakening
I strongly recommend this book ! This is so enlightening, awakening, eyes and heart opening. For those convinced that there is something bigger than the physical world, this book will amazingly explain, reinforce and expend your believes. For those who are trapped into the illusion of a physical world, this book will simply blow your mind and shake your world.

Story
In this provocative talk, Osho starts with our assumption that we are interested, maybe even passionately interested, in knowing the truth - and he tears it to shreds. He goes back in history with razor sharp clarity to illustrate our long-time avoidance of the truth, and our need to hide out in illusion.

Story
A powerful new kind of competitive advantage is now possible thanks to technological and social disruptions that are already occurring. These disruptions revolutionize how companies can partner to create new growth. The Reciprocity Advantage shares a model for creating that growth: define your right-of-way (the underutilized resources you already own that you can share with others), partner to do what you can't do alone, experiment to learn, and scale the new business at low risk.

This series of talks is on one of the most esoteric treatises in the world. It will show you the way to become more than the body and the way to bloom - how not to remain a seed but to become a golden flower. What, in India, they call the one thousand-petalled lotus, in China they call the golden flower. It is a symbol that represents perfection, totality. Moreover, the flower represents the actualization of the potential - the beauty, the grandeur, the splendor of being.

In one of the great ironies of the modern world, the science that was expected to solve life’s mysteries has done just the opposite. New discoveries have led to more unanswered questions, created deeper mysteries, and brought us to the brink of forbidden territory when it comes to explaining our origin and existence. New York Times best-selling author and 2018 Templeton Award nominee Gregg Braden crosses the traditional boundaries of science and spirituality to answer the timeless question at the core of our existence.
