Loved it!

Kudos to Mike and his strength to push him through his bad situation. He perfectly described his fight with addiction and how it affected his life. I’m so happy he pulled through and stayed strong. His description of his antics before his sobriety was thoroughly entertaining but also sad showing how strong the grip of opiates is on one’s life.
The only problem with this book was Mikes reading of it. I usually like when an author narrates their own book but his cadence was wayyy off. It was a little distracting.
Still, overall, a great story!

Good read/listen

Thank you for letting us in on your life story. This was nice to read since there was a happy ending. You are a strong and empower human that should be so proud of yourself!!

Long awaited- loved it!

This book made me laugh and cry. I never paid much attention to "Mike the Situation". When I decided I needed to get sober 3 years ago, he became a huge point of inspiration and reference for my journey. This book will give you a little bit of everything, whether you are a Jersey Shore fan or a recovering addict, please "imbibe" in this audible! Plus, Mike is the narrararor and has a great voice for it!

He went thru a lot and still fought

Great book! I watched jersey from the beginning and after reading and getting to know more bout Mike and Lauren! And basically helps everyone can relate and their own way to not feel alone in whatever their fighting with

Speechless

I watched the first couple of seasons of JS when it first aired years ago. I was In high school and didn’t keep up with the cast after it ended. I’m so proud of Mike and how he has overcome so much in his life, including addiction. As well as, becoming an amazing husband and father to Lauren and their kids! HUGE SHOUTOUT TO LAUREN!! She never gave up on him and was there throughout the highs and lows! I started rewatching the entire JS series recently, so to hear the stories about what happened when the cameras were off was interesting! I saw on IG that Mike was releasing this book and immediately added it to my library. I couldn't stop listening! Mike is a great narrator and I look forward to seeing him accomplish more in the future. "The comeback is greater than the setback.”
