Great book for new investors!
I highly recommend this book to anyone interested in investing in real estate. It covers every aspect of the process from financing to how to choose rental properties to what goes into maintaining the properties as well as building your portfolio. Buying real estate can be overwhelming, but the author does a great job of outlining the process step by step and without the overuse of real estate terminology that not everyone understands.

Real estate is one of those things that I would love to do but am too scared to hop in. I picked up this book to attempt to learn more about the field and what it might take. Heartily Recommended!
I read Real Estate Rental Property: Investing for New Investors in part because I’ve had an extensive portfolio of rental and investment properties in the past, including single family homes, duplexes, HUD repossessions, and done some property development. This book covers what you’d want to know so that you can avoid the problems that ‘trial and error’ produce. I heartily recommend.
