The book is very well written and explained covering almost every aspect of real estate investing.

The third chapter about avoiding the mistakes was impressive.

This is a very interesting topic and the author was able to share here valuable ideas that can truly help you be effective in this field. It provides basic information to orient you on the nutty gritty including the terminologies use on such business.
I think what struck me most here is the possibility that if you'd be successful on this field, a big potential for fully passive income for you. This means a good and stable financial status. It is worth to learn about and assess your capability to perform what it takes to be successful in Real Estate Investing. I definitely recommend this book to all who are still beginners in the real estate business.

I've always wanted to get started in real estate investing and never knew exactly how or where. I found this audio and it seemed interesting and has been a good starting point for me. I plan to get more involved in pursuing real estate investing part time in the near future.

Yes definitely. In real estate investing problem may arise and this audiobook shared a lot of proven tips and solution to some problems that you might encounter along the way. :)
