Although we all know that we will inevitably experience the loss of those we love, our reaction to death is usually one of shock, horror, devastating sorrow, and resistance. Re-Arranged: Never the Same: The Nature of Grief serves as a companion to help listeners through the grieving process.

This book offers a thorough inventory of the feelings and thoughts that arise for us all around grief; tools for navigating through a terrain of bereavement; ways to integrate grief into our lives as we move forward; and eventually to give ourselves permission to enjoy life again while simultaneously cultivating the possibility - and perhaps, the experience - of staying in an ongoing "current relationship" with the spirit of the departed.
