Great introduction

A little dated but it served its purpose in giving me the tools necessary to start my memory training

If you really want to improve your memory with real results this is for you. I memorized my credit card number in about 10min and I haven't had this book very long. I have always struggled with memory, conversations and the latter. This is a truly astonishing method for remembering anything. If your are a student or wanting to learn a language or just remembering a shopping list. It is so much easier to remember things than always writing them down or repeating it over and over again until your just sick. This is soooo much easier. This method should be taught in schools if it was we would be leading the world in education, seriously. I hope this helps you God bless you.

Memory enhanced

I’ve read several books on memory enhancement. I never really got any where with most of those books. This audio book by Dominic O’Brien is different. For one, he is narrating his techniques. He explains those techniques and why they work. Second, his voice is reassuring. It is a confidence builder.

Life Changing

This book requires effort, imagination and practice. However, with some work, Mr. O’Brien’s techniques are simply phenomenal. I am a physician. I recently used the memory techniques in this book for a professional board exam. My best estimate is that I cut down my study time by at least 50%. Instead of painful repetition, using "association, location and imagination" made learning the information pleasant and efficient. I wish that I had read this book prior to college and medical school. Thank you Mr. O'Brien!

Loved it!!!! Absolutely a must listen if you're seriously interested in improving not only your memory but the way you learn as well.
