Right to sleep

Pure Ocean Sounds for meditation
There is no sound that calms me down more than the ocean. It helps me meditate, read, relax, sleep.
I am a water sign and if I could I would move to a house on the shore.

Sound Exploration with Ocean
It is mind blowing for me to discover how therapeutic ocean sounds can be useful to one in terms of self-care. I was wondering what I am going to benefit from this book.Only to realize that that listening to the sounds calmed my nerves. I found myself at peace. The Soothing Sounds of Raul
This book will soothe just about anyone. It helped me, my wife, and 2 of my kids. The third one didn't like it because he needs total silence. There is something about sounds that your body accepts the environment and sitting on the beach relaxing is always cool. Chill out and buy this book.

RELAXING & Many Uses for this Treasure!
I enjoyed listening to the sounds of waves. The rhythmic crashing of the waves hitting the shoreline lull you off to sleep. I could smell the salty air and feel the hot sun as I listened to the audiobook. It was relaxing soaking in the bathtub playing the sounds of the ocean in the background.
If you teach about the ocean this would be fantastic background ocean sounds to play while the kids work on projects or explore in the science area. I can see this used at a kids pirate party or a Hawaiian luau for ambiance or any other setting where the ocean would work.
I enjoyed listening to the relaxing ocean waves. It should be in every library as a go to.
