Bryce is a moose shifter who has to marry to inherit the company from his grandfather. Melanie is a lynx shifter who doesn't realize there are other shifters, other than her absentee father.
Bryce meets Melanie and deciding she's the perfect female, proposes to her. At first she thinks it's a joke, but he pursues her and gets her to change her mind.
"Keep things professional" they agreed. But the heart doesn't believe in professionalism. It believes in love and love will not be denied.

A lot of story happening in this. Bryce needs to wed and have a baby to inherit the family company, and a new relative, Rory, appears to inherit with a crazy fiance (but what happens to her and where are his consequences?). Some wolf shifters start attacking others (where are those consequences Bryce talked about?). Melanie has a terrible mother and lets her continue to abuse her, everyday. Cute read with Melanie thinking she is different and alone.
