Julie lays out the profit first system in an interesting and easy to understand way. The part about feeling guilty for making money off helping people was a great point. But your clients need you to be profitable. A business without profit helps no one. Thanks Julie.

really good with only one tiny problem

this book was great! just fyi the audiobook companion seems to be the website with the tools, not an actual pdf. I enjoyed the book and it was well read. for any updated versions, I hope they edit the appendices as there were lots of mistakes in speech, like the narrator messing up. But for some reason that wasn’t edited out

But i’m splitting hairs. I think it’s worth getting the physical book as well to follow along and or better understand the money stuff.

A Great Guid

An excellent step-by-step guide that guide new business owners for existing business owners, and focusing their efforts where it matters most. The only thing that stood out from a production standpoint is that when it comes to the editing process, and some errors were left in the recording that made me a little bit of a double take.
