Good but not his best.

A little disjointed. More like a few short stories rather than one long one. Still good but he has set a high standard

The timelines continue

The timelines continue as the lives and past transgressions are slowly buried in the African sun. Many are the things we did as youths that now as older and wiser we would never do. The times, they are a changing-

Excellent series good book

My favorite series next to the Eg yptian series. some of the description of Africa are inspiring, but , as you get deeper in the series the books realm expands. so there are a lot of things and complexities yo track... pay attention.

Can't even fall asleep at night due to how awesome it is. Wished it was broke up in chapters though. Only complaint. Enjoy!!

Worth every minute of the listen. Towering story that delivers a terrific understanding of South Africa.

Unfortunately, although the dream of black majority rule has been realised, the country is now on its knees. No rule of law, all of its infrastructure totally compromised, and CONSEQUENTLY a Rand that is worthless outside SA.
