I like Avmarie Avant but her heroine are weak black women who allow sex not character to drive there relationship with the men they choose. I wish we could get a sound story of love that is based on real love that not only based on sexual attraction but on character and that the heroine is not some helpless women who can’t handle herself luxuries grew up in the Bronx she what New Yorkers call around away girl who would not take crap off any man or women. I don’t see a around away girl not putting up a fight when that Madeleine hit her so Amarie Please give us a sister who is strong independent and brave and not so weak and not sure of herself to allow all these wife folks to treat her like trash.

I loved this book! it kept me entertained and engaged the entire time. I am loving the development of the characters and their depth. excited about the next installment in the series.

Ah hell!

Cliffhanger once again with Lux and Vic. had me hooked from the start, now on the the last reading
