Publisher's Summary

We Mackenzies are henchmen. The whole lot of us. Until I met her....

Leith

In Clan MacKenzie, we fight for each other. We die for each other. And when I fell for Chevelle, those same rules applied to her. She loves me, but hates the family business. So, I hid the villain in me until today. Today, I need to do what must be done and that requires the help of the same people she would rather us keep our distance from.

Chevelle

After tragedy destroyed my family, I should’ve run from all things MacKenzie, not straight into Leith Mackenzie's arms. I was broken. He remade me. Loved me and our little baby. Showed me that monsters could be humans and have hearts, too. That he could be different than the rest of his ruthless clan. Unfortunately, now, Leith can't be the hero for me that he was before. He needs to be that Savage Scot instead, and I'm afraid it'll cost us everything.

Die For You is the first book in the MacKenzie Crime Family series. This steamy love story of two childhood lovers is a stand-alone and contains no cliff-hangers, no cheating, and has a HEA. This is a mature new adult romance.

Great

I really liked this book and would recommend it. I wish this book was a movie or TV show. It had a great storyline and sexual storylines. You really did it A.A another great book.

This couple was amazing together and I can't wait to hear the other stories that are in the making like Mitcie, Caleb and my fav J & B who I affectionly call JB. I can't wait for JB's story to be on audible!
Thanks for a great crime family story. I think in school Broady had a crush on Chevel when he pointed her out to his brother. I'm glad her an
Big B didn't get together back then.

Leith and Chevelle

I absolutely love this book and reading it through Audible just enhanced the experience for me. JT Farrell brought this book to life for me with the accent. I loved Leith and Chevelle, even tho Chevelle was a little irky with not wanting Leith to have dealings with clan business, but he obliged because he loves her that much. This book was outstandingly written and narrated.

MacKenzie love is fierce

Amarie Avant has given us another great pairing with Leith and Chevelle. There's a good balance of passion, laughter and serious moments between the couple as well as other key characters... those MacKenzie brothers!!! The clan way is honorable and a bit sexy, protect family by all means. When Chevelle struggles to unpack her past heartache and finds herself under attack because of her past,  Leith does everything in his power to keep her safe. After some close calls, a few wild rides and fighting hard to fully connect Leith and his hen get their HEA. I love their story but also can't wait to hear more from those brothers!! More Scot love please!!

Good book

I enjoyed this book. The character Chevelle got on my nerve. She was all over the place. When Leith and Chevelle had that crazy misunderstanding was plain stupid. I don't know why they just didn't talk things over. Instead of taking three chapters to explain. I had to skip some parts the book was all over the place at times. I would like to try and listen to the book with Brody and Justine, whenever it makes Audible. Overall the book was good.😊💕💞

Chevell and Leith are great together and the other clan brothers have great stories as well. Waiting for the next listen of the McKenzie's.

Accents are my Weakness

Leith is a man after my heart. If you don't fall for the accent, you have to fall head over heels for his undying love for his wife, Chevelle.

Chevelle presents a lot of the obstacles within the storyline, although I understand her pain and questionable thoughts, I wish she received healing prior to the events that took place within the storyline. I found myself wanting to fuss at her for some of the conclusions she recklessly jumped to, and state that communication could've have avoided a lot of what occurred.

The two paired together holds a different flame to the idea of relationship goals. I was not only glue to the book for Leith's devilish accent but the passion that the two showed one another both while arguing and professing their love.

Fervent!!!

Die for You is superlative, super intense, dark and deliciously HOT! Amarie's writing is awesome....the character development and well build plot will keep you intrigued and on the edge of your seat. Leith and Chevelle's love was explosive!!! JT Farrell and Robyn Isaacs put a lot of heart and made this book simmer with HEAT!! Loved it!!

Narration did it for me

I couldn't get pass the 3rd Chapter; didn't even finished that chapter actually. Loved the Fearless series, but JT Farrell should have just narrated the entire book, because Robyn was not my cup of tea. Wasn't believable at all. For that reason alone, I returned it to get my credit back.

I Love it!!

Amarie has done her thing again. I am a sucker for a good Mafia story. JT Farrell ... OMG amazing! Love him! He had the accent down. I'm glad I got the audible for that reason alone. I know me reading this book would have been hard for me to follow the Scottish slang. JT really brings life to the story. The back story and the build of the characters are easy to follow and keeps you engaged. I'm ready for the next book. Then on the other hand Robyn Isaacs not a fan. At first I thought she was reading the younger version of Chevelle. I had to listen twice just to make sure. Her voice to me sounded a little pre teenish not mature enough for the character. To me it took away a little of the story. JT would have been amazing all by himself like in Fearless. But all in all great start to this new series!

Great Start

This was a good story. It made me excited for what to come with this family. The male narrator was excellent. The female narrator was ok at some points in the story her voice was kind of monotone.
