Atleast th Duet's done b/c th Cliffhanger's brutal

TM Frazier, you are an evil woman! What a cliffhanger you left us in! I heard about there being a crazy cliffhanger and decided I wouldn't listen to Pike until Pawn came available on Audible as well so I could go straight into Pawn with no delay. I had to wait so many months just to listen to this Duet as a whole but it hasn't disappointed! The King Series is still one of my all time favorite series and I am so happy to be reading more of it.

Excellent story

This book pulled me in from the very beginning. There is suspense, intrigue, surprises, and new love. The characters are great as well as the narration. In two Pawn, the next book in the series.

storyline

could have been better w a different female narrator.. the ending was very good so I'll have to cringe through Pawn.

Good

It was a good book. I'm really interested in finding out what happens in book 2. I love the sound of Teddy Hamilton's voice but Elizabeth Hart's not so much

The humidity

the story was good from the beginning. The narration was great. I really did not like the cliffhanger but it's right there in the "Duet" part of the description so I can't really be mad about it.
