make sure you have a notepad to hand when listening to this book or get it in hardback form. some very useful methods to increasing your sales but you have to keep up! overall I would highly recommend this book and if you take only 1% away to use you are going to improve your sales.

Must read and listen

I recommend to purchase both options, the physical book and the audio one. This piece is like the encyclopaedia of selling. I don't think you're going to need anything else to become the best salesperson. The best part of the above though, is the fact that this book will also teach you how to live your life. They should call this, the magic of sales!

I love love loved this book. His delivery, his language, then to top it off he throws a little hint of magic in there for those of us who are on that path.
