Valuable resources

It took me a while to read but it was great. I love how he gives examples, not only of studies supporting his theory, but also real world examples. I'm not a marketer but I can see the value of this book in regular social interactions.

Have some insights.

If you are in sales, this is a great read. You will certainly find something of value in it.
