Narrator

The voice of the narrator didn’t make this story work for me. He made it hard to see a strong African American Man as the lead character. The story is good, therefore I recommend you read it instead of listening.

In love with author and narrator

Wonderful story. A little predictable, but I did enjoy every bit of it. They chose a great narrator too. Michael Pauley does a great job at potraying alpha males.

I loke it but...Spoiler Alert

I like the series as well as this book BUT seriously why did Delaney have to make the MMC sleep with her so brutally after he found out what she had done... she let thr MFC take it like it was ok... no matter what she did besides cheating or being abusive called for that treatment... he slept with her while telling her she wasn't his wife!! YOU'RE NOT MY WIFE then slides in her... she was also so scared that she thought he would hurt her!!

just a really good love story.

the story teller read the book very well !! the story was riveting!!! I will definitely recommend this book!!!!!!!
