Jodi thought he got over on Sabrina, but he had another thing coming....

Jodi views himself as the upper echelon of Black men. Smart, successful, educated, and incredibly wealthy. He's got cars, clothes, and women, but that's where his problems begin. While he's supposed to be faithful to his longtime girlfriend, Sabrina, he figures what she doesn't know won't hurt her.

Sabrina put her trust in Jodi when he moved her and her three-year-old son, Na'Vey, into his house. Little did she know, Jodi had a lot of secrets, and he wasn't the man she signed up to be with.

Jodi feels like he has the upper hand, and there's nothing Sabrina can do about his philandering ways.

But what Jodi doesn't seem to realize is that he might be a player, but even the king on a chessboard knows the queen controls the moves.

Friend or Foe

It was a decent listen. Good character development. And good storyline. A lot of twists and turns, and the end was not predictable. Overall, Not bad for this authors first book. I can’t wait to see her growth with more books

Unexpected Hilarity

I loved the comedy in the book. I found myself laughing several times. Without going back to check, I believe it was Chapter 19 which really tickled me the most.

I enjoyed the various plots & storyline. Jodi was a walking audacity and those “friends” weren’t ish.

Awesome Story

The plot, the twists, the turns, the unexpected relationships. Everything about this book was awesome. The characters you created were believable and people could relate to them.
