Really good material

I found that this was a delight to listen to. There was not a lot of meandering in the book as are in many self published material. The use cases were good and if you have completed a deal or two you should not have a problem following along. The book was not intended to be the compendium of deal flow or capital raising. but it is great to see how the author used strategies to accomplish his goals. I would recommend to all to add this to your reading list.

Excellent advice

Great advice on how to raise money for deals. But also how to look at certain real estate ventures and determine whether it's truly investing or just a job. As someone who's been pursuing the "job" side of real estate for a while now, this book was eye opening and filled with great advice despite being relatively short.
