Ayuda a ver la vida de manera distinta
Es una buena orientación para introducirse al estilo de vida paleo. Naturalmente, hay cierto tono de proselitismo que podría sonar radical pero no le resta valor. Por otro lado, es importante seguir la recomendación del autor de validar las recomendaciones con tu médico ya que cada persona podría tener necesidades específicas.
