This book won't change your life, but it might just help you change it yourself. Only you can take the steps you need to help yourself become the strong, independent, fearless person you dream of being. It took me a long time - and a lot of real lows, excruciating heartaches and countless mistakes - to get there. The sole purpose of this book's existence is the hope that it may speed up that journey to happiness for you.

Story
Books are Rosie Taft’s life. And ever since she took over her mother’s beloved Manhattan bookstore, they’ve become her home too. The only thing missing is her own real-life romance like the ones she loves to read about, and Rosie has an idea of who she might like to sweep her off her feet. She’s struck up a flirty online friendship with lesbian romance author Brie, and what could be more romantic than falling in love with her favorite author?

Jennette McCurdy was six years old when she had her first acting audition. Her mother’s dream was for her only daughter to become a star, and Jennette would do anything to make her mother happy. So she went along with what Mom called “calorie restriction,” eating little and weighing herself five times a day. She endured extensive at-home makeovers while Mom chided, “Your eyelashes are invisible, okay? You think Dakota Fanning doesn’t tint hers?” She was even showered by Mom until age sixteen while sharing her diaries, email, and all her income.

After years of teaching intermediate students who never seemed to improve, I decided to find out what the problem was. Essentially, intermediate students get stuck because learning at this stage is a different type of learning than at the beginner stage. You have mastered the grammar and the basic vocabulary, but most textbooks just carry on like nothing has changed. However, what you need at the intermediate stage is not just more dry grammar and lists of vocabulary.

Story
The first story Selma Blair Beitner ever heard about herself is that she was a mean, mean baby. With her mouth pulled in a perpetual snarl and a head so furry it had to be rubbed to make way for her forehead, Selma spent years living up to her terrible reputation: biting her sisters, lying spontaneously, getting drunk from Passover wine at the age of seven, and behaving dramatically so that she would be the center of attention. In a memoir that is as wildly funny as it is emotionally shattering, Blair tells the captivating story of growing up and finding her truth.

For the next ten years, he was at the center of a huge pop culture phenomenon and yet, in between filming, he would go back to being a normal teenager trying to fit into a normal school. Speaking with great candor and his signature humor, Tom shares his experience.

Story
Caroline Parker knows three things to be true. First, she is going to be Boston's most sought-after divorce attorney by 35. Second, given how terrible her romantic track record is, falling in love isn't in the cards for her. And third, Christmas only brings her bad luck - being broken up with not once, not twice, but three times during the holidays is proof enough of that. When she runs into Hannah Dalton on Christmas Eve, she has no reason to believe her luck will change. After all, though Hannah is probably the most gorgeous woman she's ever seen, she's also straight.

Story
Today’s gay youth have dozens of queer peer heroes, both fictional and real, but former gay teenager Grace Perry did not have that luxury. Instead, she had to search for queerness in the (largely straight) teen cultural phenomena the aughts had to offer: in Lindsay Lohan’s fall from grace, Gossip Girl, Katy Perry’s “I Kissed A Girl”, country-era Taylor Swift, and Seth Cohen jumping on a coffee cart. And, for better or worse, these touch points shaped her adult identity. She came out on the other side like many millennials did: in her words, gay as hell.

My gay heart
Omg this book was amazing. I listened to the first 5 hours in one sitting instead of doing my school work. When I realized I was on the last chapter and hour, I spent the whole next day listening to it because I didn’t want it to end. Overshare is hilarious, I was laughing out loud almost the whole way through. I’ve never felt close with a public figure(s), but Rose and Rosie made me feel like they were talking to me. The mental health chapter made me wish I could hug them and say, me too, it’ll be okay. Surprisingly, they offered genuine advice that’s worth following, alongside the laughter. You can tell how much time and love has gone into Overshare. I can’t wait to listen to it again.

Good effort but basically a long youtube video
I really struggled to get through this book and I absolutely love Rose and Rosie.
I was a tad disappointed that the book felt like a long recap of the youtube videos. There didn’t seem to be any new information and a lot of theoretical situations (in 5 years, list of various sorts).
I think the target audience age for this book was 13-15.

Brilliant and....
I really could go on about many things. Basically though, brilliant. I'd been looking forward to getting this book for weeks (ever since I became aware of it). It in no way let me down. It was funny, intelligent, uncannily familiar in quite a few areas. I have found that through watching the videos on the Roses three channels that we share a lot in common while still being wildly different. I find them easy to understand and also a remarkably good influence. The book was exactly inline with their style. Witty, helpful and inspiring. Also, quite obviously, hilarious and honest. A book a will definitely be getting a hard copy of and will be recommending (or just buying it) for friends. Perhaps even people I don't like as much and are in need of a lesson or two. Incredibly brilliant :) I hope that there may be another book sometime in the future. For now I will quite happily watch their YouTube and listen to Overshare again. Absolutely loved it :)

down to earth discussion w/humour, wit & sarcasm
this audio book feels like hanging out with friends, making you laugh with them and listen to someone say the things that you think as well as touch on heavy topics that are mundane and relevant. overall a fun listen that warms the heart and ignites an excitement for life.

BETTER THAN EXPECTED
Listening to this audiobook was an incredible journey! Audiobooks have never been my thing but not once did I get bored listening to the stories, jokes, secrets and lessons Rose and Rosie shared. Thank you for sharing this unforgettable experience with us, your fans. I hope you enjoyed creating this as much as I did listening to it! Be proud of yourselves, ladies! Looking forward to more. 10/10 would recommend this masterpiece to my friends!

Light-Hearted, funny and educational.
If you want to know more about the lgbt+ community and need a little motivatiom, love and laughs, listen to this book. I wished however it was more story dominant and less Q&A content, but this may just be because I've been a fan of the couple since the beginning. I spent most of the time listening to this book in hospital looking after my mother with metastatic breast cancer.
Thank you, both of you for keeping me company during this difficult time.

Story
A personal celebration of female friendships - the good, the bad and the complicated - by lifestyle content creator Lily Pebbles. If there's one piece of invaluable advice for women and girls of all ages, it is that there is nothing more important than creating and maintaining strong, positive and happy friendships with other women. In a culture that largely pits women against each other, I want to celebrate female friendships...all strings attached!
