I love this Series!!!
There something about the character righting wrongs and helping battered and abused people that makes this so great. This character is a real bad ass!! I can’t wait for the 3rd book. Please tell me there’s will be more books!! January LaVoy is an excellent narrator!!

Nikki kicks butt again
Overall enjoyed this one. It seemed disjointed but at the end, the author brought it all together. Maybe a bit abruptly, but it all came together for a good read. Can’t wait for the next installment.

Great new storyteller
Love the bada@); protagonist. The story has enough twists and surprises to keep me listening. No over-explaining the obvious with a healthy respect for the reader. (I just tried to get through a book where the author spend an entire chapter explaining what the reader figured out in the first page. Ugh, a slog I couldn’t get through.)I look forward to the next book in the series.
January LaVoy’s narration is just icing on the cake.
