So compassionate! So well written.
so beautifully read, so beautifully written So much compassion.
The author carefully walks through all the steps of a loved one's addiction. Starting with a very complete description of all the products a loved one might be using, the author goes on to introduce the reader to the complicated terminology that we are presented with when seeking counseling.
The author is kind to those of us facing a loved one's crisis, giving us advice on self-care to make it through the family struggle. Advice on getting help, accepting help and how to deal with the loved one upon return from treatment. The eggshells.
This book has given me strength.
