Starting to stray from good ploy to sappy relationships

Okay...we I am still wondering how the story will end but losing interest in the storyline....
It is VERY unrealistic to think about sex in the middle of a major crisis.. I thought the story was about saving humanity and turned into trying to lose ones virginity ....in the middle possible Armageddon
Not to mention...., these fallen Angels don't seem to be crucial to the story nor have they learned their lesson from their Father as they are putting their own desires over saving the world. Who the heck cares if one has a girlfriend if the world is ending shortly

A great twist on warring Angel's of Heaven!

this was originally just a bookmark but digressed into the War in Heaven, so here is my post:

Well, finally it's the first time for Jess & Mason or "Samyaza" for those familiar with the Bible, he was a Warrior Class Angel, who was one of St Michael's Lieutenants, in the War in Heaven as known in Catholicism. This is where Lucifer rose up with such arrogance, pride, envy, and a few other non-virtious sins, thinking he would overtake Heaven, his Father's Dominion. He was backed by other rebellious Angel's doomed to fall. Lucifer was strongest in the Legion of the rebellious insurgents, after all, he was an Archangel, the first made along with Michael, Gabriel, Uriel and Arial, his brothers and sister. There were 6 other Archangels, not as strong, who amongst the fallen became known as The Princes of Hell., Michael, the strongest of all the Warrior Archangels, was the General in charge of The Heavenly Host of now warriors. God told Michael to ban him from Heaven personally to reign over Hell, God still loved all his creations, so Hell was the best option for Lucifer now renamed to Sammael meaning most unclean and foul, also called The Father of Lies, Little Whore, amongst others. The litany was never clear on how long the war raged on, other than it was very long, a lot of Warrior Angel's died during the tumault of the first ever war, over us, the human race, whom God created with free will, not so with the Angels who were bound to serve in Heaven, that is what Satan was really envious of that God loved the Human Race more than his Angel's. At the end they fell all the dark Angel's who followed Lucifer down that pit, he was the last to go as Michael stood atop him and smited him after he was permanently branded with tattoos of A Dragon and a Serpent, thus ending the War in Heaven and the mighty fall. Though the war still rages on Earth as the devil strives to bring out the weakest in men and women, tempting them to sin. The war will begin anew when Armageddon and the end of days comes, where he will be locked in chains within the realm of Hell! That is the basic back story of the War in tetHeaven, which this book eludes to. The after effects of the War, though never really delving too deeply into it, which is what makes this a wonderful book. I will post this in my comments and review of this book. This bit of writing started out as a Bookmark, though I digressed into an explanation of this, which I truly started as just a Bookmark. That's it for now... Regards,

If I hear matches again I will scream

This would have been a great love story if it were not for sex scenes that only a young teen would find interesting. Matches matches matches not cute. Maybe this book is for very young adults and I am just too old for it. I do love the plot it is just lost with getting matches.

good book

good book just too much mushy sex scenes. I would definitely recommend this book if sex scenes don't bother you. I just skip them...

Waste of time

There is a great plot hidden in these poorly wrote books, but you need patience to find it under all the awkward sex scenes. Poorly developed support characters are sprinkled throughout. I wish they could have reached their full potential.

The main character Jess seems to fluctuate between two actual people. Example, it's brought up how she is stubborn, a few times even, but she's the opposite of stubborn. She constantly bends to everyone else. How is that stubborn?

Don't waste your time on these.

Interesting Plot ideas / Amateurish Writing

Any additional comments?

The overall plot of the series has some interest to it. But the bad writing ruins it. Character development is seriously lacking (especially for the non-main characters). And when it comes to the two main characters (Jess & Mason), the intimate banter between them is beyond awful. It feels like it was written by someone in high school. It's at times over the top syrupy sweet. And other times just ridiculous. Neither character is all that believable. Jess goes from trying to play the vixen, to not even able to say the word sex. And their term for having sex ("getting matches") was so over used it made me want to poke my eyes out. I wish the author would have not attempted to do a sexy-romance novel and instead just tried to better develop the actual plot of the story. The narration was surprisingly good given the poor source material the narrator had to work with.
