Forbidden romance!

I've been waiting for Rosa's story and to see her paired with the Santos her adopted brother is amazing. The love she's felt for him her whole life after he was adopted, to imagine he returns that same love, a forbidden love between a "brother and sister". This audiobook brings to life their story, their struggles and their love for each other. Rosa holds the title of Ice Princess. She's now free to feel the emotions of her heart. They are away from prying eyes where we see the secrets they've kept hidden from the world and each other take over. Will they be strong enough to comfort their family with their strong connect and love. A great love story come to life in this audible book!

Love is hard won!!

These two deserved their happy ending!! I enjoyed the dynamic between the two characters who have been present in every book. I can’t wait to hear the next one.

Rosa and Santo

I was waiting for this story. I love that she’s a little bit older than her and he doesn’t care. I love the angst in their relationship and the forbidden romance. Story was amazing as always from Jane Henry.

Their love is forbidden

Rosa and Santo have been circling each other for years. But she is a Rossi and he was adopted into the family by her father and is now accused of betraying the family. Banished to a family vineyard in Tuscany, Santo is being punished by having limited access to family and no meaningful work except for manual labor. Most of the vineyard workers are afraid of him, which doesn't really bother him but makes it hard to feel connected to anything. When he is called back to Boston to attend the induction of the newest family member, he is glad for the chance to see everyone - especially Rosa and Natalia. Even though he can't have her, he still aches to see her. She is now a widow with a child and Romeo has already promised her to a rival family who claims the Rossi's owe them millions. She hasn't been told, and Santo will have to keep it from her.

Just as Santo is scheduled to return to Italy, the family is threatened when Romeo is arrested and Santo's car is blown up. Now the women and children are on lock down and Santo is assigned to keep Rosa and her daughter safe. What will happen when these two frustrated lovers are forced into close proximity? Will they finally take the step that could get Santo killed and Rosa hurried into another marriage of convenience?

Another amazing book on the series the sacrifice Santo does for his adoptive family and being part of mob and the love he hides in respect to his family is amazing also I loved the narrators they brought Santo and Rosa to life and I loved it , the book is hot , has action and mystery loved it!

Another phenomenal story

I've previously read all the books in this series, but listening to it was an even more enjoyable experience. I feel like I missed things during the read that I picked up on this time around. This is the 4th book in this series and it focuses on Santos and Rosa. I desperately needed Rosa to get a happy ending, and it was wonderful to watch Santos find his place. The heartbreak, passion, and love were everything I was hoping for these two, and I loved it.

Great listen

I absolutely loved this audiobook and could not put it down. Jane henry never disappoints. Rosa and santo was the story o didn’t know I wanted to read. Their story was so perfect. I love getting to know the Rossi family and can’t wait for more. Natalia is always a gem. Narration is great

Loved it!!

I love Jane Henry’s books. I love Mafia books. And I love dark books. So here you’ve got a new series by an author I love, dark mafia, what she does best. What more do I need to say? How about Wen Ross & Kai Kennicott narrating. Yup, that adds even more to it! I can’t wait to read & listen to more!

Absolutely irresistible!

This book very quickly swept up me up into it and had me fiercely invested in Santo and Rosa's story. I loved on these two-super hard. Powerful intensity, taut drama, rich darkness, deep emotions, stunning twists and sultry heat are skillfully crafted into a potent and lush blend that I found absolutely irresistible. This book had me hooked from page one, kept me dancing on the edge, while blasting me with decadent feels and swoon. An all-around excellent read and a stellar addition to this terrific series. The dual narration really lets you get into the story and both narrators gave excellent performances.

Did you ever have one of those days when you needed to listen to a story you knew was going to be good? One of those go to authors and narrators? This combination of Jane Henry along with Kai Kennicott and Wen Ross is exactly what I needed. Plus I love this series! This is the 4th book in the Deviant Doms series, and it features Rosa and Santo! I have been waiting for Santo's story, the one who was taken in, groomed and exiled to Tuscany. Now back, still in love with Rosa, the girl who is considered his sister, though he never saw her that way and ready to help his family in any way he can. Rosa is a widow with the most adorable daughter. She too has had feelings for Santo, but for obvious reasons, they could not be together. Now it's years later, circumstances have changed and the two are trying to keep it all a secret. But when danger comes to the family, and Santo has to keep her and Natalia safe, and their secret may be revealed. How will the family react? Will he be sent back to Tuscany? Will he be able to keep them safe? How will the circumstances in the family change? In true Jane Henry fashion, I was pulled into this story, enjoyed visiting with family I know from previous books and absolutely fell for Santo and Rosa. Henry has a knack for weaving her stories together, making them feel like being part of the family and being part of the danger and love. Rosa and Santo are explosive with their chemistry and I couldn't help be love Natalia. A great addition to the series and can't wait for more.

Kai Kennicott and Wen Ross are so good in this series, it's a pleasure to listen to them. They understand Henry's stories and let us enjoy the consistent voices from book to book. Kennicott as Rosa is a strong woman, knows what she wants and with her voice we can hear her hesitancy, sacrifice and love. She also creates the perfect little girl sound for Natalia! Coming in as the confident, alluring Santo, it is impossible not to fall for Ross's voice. He is smooth as silk, gives Santo that edge of danger and sensuality he oozes around Rosa. Amazing performances that were just what I needed!

Dark and Dangerous!

Oath of Sacrifice is another intense story in the Deviant Doms series. It is full of danger and suspense with a large dose of sexual chemistry and a side of taboo. I love both Santo and Rosa and their sweet, yet forbidden, secret love story. This book had me on the edge of my seat from beginning to end. If you love mafia romance, then I highly recommend this series. Kai Kennicott and Wen Ross are both favorite narrators of mine. They always do a wonderful job bringing each and every story to life.

Terrific Story & Narration🎧Gripping & Intense🎧

Jane Henry creates some of the best mafia worlds, including the “Deviant Doms” which is set in the “Rossi Family” mafia world. Each book features different lead characters and stands on their own, but to get the most of the phenomenal world building it is best to enjoy them in order written. Characters appear in each other’s books and it is beneficial to know their back story, plus seeing them again is like seeing an old friend. That said, it included everything you need to know about the characters featured in the descriptive details and you never feel lost or if you are missing anything. This book is Rosa Rossi, the older sister and Santo, the honorary Rossi who was adopted into the family when he was young. Rosa knew it was her duty to marry whoever her father chose for her, but that did not stop her from wanting or falling in love with Santo and him with her, but nothing could ever come of it. Santo’s exile to Tuscany did not lessen his feelings for her and when his visit back to the Rossi’s compound turns into an extended stay because there is another power play against the Rossi’s he gets to spend time with her and he rethinks his oath. Rosa is staying in the castle with her daughter, Natalia, and Santo is protecting her because of the threat against the family. The chemistry and love between these two is strong to deny and when they give in to it, it is smoking hot and explosive. A lot goes on in this book, the story is cleverly plotted with plenty of drama, action, twists and turns, thrilling suspense, heartfelt emotions and sizzling romance. Jane Henry, thank you for another amazing story and wild and emotional rollercoaster ride.

🎧 📚🎧 And for the fantastic narration, Kai Kennicott and Wen Ross continue to do an amazing job portraying these characters and do so with a complete understanding of who they are and are believable in every role they play. They set the perfect tone for the story, captured all the character’s emotions and projected them into their performance, having you feel every single one. Kennicott and Ross are a great team, the quality of their audio is top-notch and they are consistent with their performances. They are entertaining storytellers and a pleasure to listen to. Thank you for another amazing listen.

Another fantastic book

Absolutely great book just couldn’t stop listening to it the story was captivating with strong characters. Highly recommended you won’t be disappointed.

About time these two get together. They deserve true love and happiness. This book is so well written and the narrators are fantastic. You will not be bored, I couldn't put it down.
