A family home, full of secrets.

Number Thirty-Two
was once a family home. Anna was once a mother and a wife. Now, she is in arrears and alone.

With little choice but to sell up, she is forced to confront the memories of the people who once inhabited the empty rooms. With the help of an unlikely ally in her next door neighbour's son, she is finally able to piece together the tragic events of forty years ago that have inextricably linked the fates of their families and ricocheted through both of their households for decades.

Number Thirty-Two is an audiobook full of family secrets and shocking betrayals, promising heartbreak and humour in equal measures.

This book has you hooked beginning to end. One of the best books I have read/listened to.

Beautifully written

I got the audio version so that I could listen to something while I knitted a sweater. The narrators character voices were very annoying. It’s a sad story but captivated my attention enough. Very descriptive writing.

A sad tale of neighbors

What a wonderful surprise! This title just showed up in a search. I read the description and thought yeah this is my type of story. Boy, did it deliver. One of the best I’ve listened to.

Five Stars Not Enough

This book kept showing up in my top reads. Like good reads and all those sites so I finally decided to give it a try. I really feel like I’m missing something in this book. What was told over the whole book could’ve been told in three chapters. I’m not understanding the point of this book. It was very boring talking about this these families life and very predictable which they dragged it over a whole book instead of one chapter. Not trying to be mean I’m just trying to understand why this book got so highly rated? What am I missing?
I had to push through it because I really thought there was gonna be an epic ending, but there wasn’t. I write books pretty high most of the time and this one I just can’t I’m sorry I hope this helps somebody else or somebody can give me some insight.

What am I missing here?
