Mary Alice Monroe is a true story teller! I love the story and both environmental and historical perspectives she intertwines within. When is book two coming in audio book????

Fell in love with the characters

The chance to learn more about the history of Eliza Pinckney the Gullah people and women’s and black history…. I need to read listen to book 2 Audible please offer it ❤️

Disappointed

Felt tricked by not being able to read Book Two since it hasn't been written.

Beautifully written story!

I loved everything about this book, the story, the imagery, the prose. The mispronunciation of Beaufort, SC. was disappointing.
