Couldn’t stop laughing, motivational, this book helped me run many (usually painfully boring) miles on the treadmill.

Encouragement For All Humans

This book was incredibly encouraging for me! As a former couch potato who now runs half marathons, I was smiling as I listened to the relatability of the stories.

hundred miles

I loved this book even though I don't really think he is always at the back of the pack. had some issues with the actual sound. I played this in my car over a media stream and never had issues prior to this book. However, the beginning sounds of certain words sounded strange.

I’ve read many of the more popular books on running but this is the best! Cory Reese gives a sincere and very real perspective for those of us who aspire to take on the challenge.
