Publisher's Summary

Love was a lie. After living in darkness for so long, I’d despaired over ever being blessed by its grace. Until I met him. The man who showed me hatred doesn’t always win. The man who made me his boy.

My Daddy, for now and forever....

For Seth, life no longer means endless pain.

Joy greets Seth everyday as his bond with Daddy deepens. They’ve built a world together that represents safety and comfort, and he knows that Daddy will keep him, always. Seth’s trust in him has also left him feeling strangely curious. To his surprise, he discovers he’s eager to explore new kinks.

Malcolm now knows Seth was meant for him.

The curse of being alone has lifted, and Malcolm is thankful every day that he once again has love in his life. But Seth is more than just another boy. Seth is the other part of Malcolm he hadn’t realized was missing. In addition, his boy is becoming more open and adventurous in all ways. How could he be more fortunate?

Then unexpected tragedy strikes, and both men must face that forever sometimes means starting over....

Note: Now and Forever is the final book in Malcolm and Seth's journey of love, healing, and redemption in the Father series trilogy. The first two books, In the Name of the Father and For the Love of a Boy should be listened to prior to this one. However, you can be assured that none of the books in the Father series end on a cliff-hanger and that this age gap, daddy/boy series with lots of hurt/comfort contains a sweet forever after.

A Perfect Ending to Malcolm and Seth's Love Story

In the conclusion to Morticia Knights ‘Father’ series, Seth and Malcolm solidify their Daddy/boy lifestyle, explore new kinks and forge a future together. With Malcolm’s encouragement and support as a Daddy, Seth is becoming more than a boy. He is a man confident in himself and his choices. He is secure in the love he shares with Malcolm.

This book seems a bit rushed in comparison to the first two. That said, there are some great scenes that show Seth and Malcolm’s healing from their separate traumas to the solid, loving relationship of the present and the promise of the future. The entire series of emotional ups and downs have reached an adorably sweet and satisfying ending.

Once again, I love Nick J Rusoo’s interpretation and delivery of the dialogue, especially Seth. I cannot imagine this series being better performed by any other narrator.

'Now and Forever' was given to me by request as a free review copy and I have written this voluntary opinion.

Daddy/Boy last book in series

Now and Forever is part of the Father Series Trilogy by Morticia Knight and was an excellent book. The books tell the story of Seth, who was abused as a child for being gay and how he finds happiness with his new daddy, Malcolm. It was extremely well written and was a heart breaking story. The characters are interesting and develop over the course of the book. You can really feel the emotion while listening to the book. There are also twists and turns and keeps the story flowing and interesting. This is a set and need to listen to all 3, as the books aren't standalone.

Forever!

What a perfect way to end this series! Malcolm and Seth have such a beautiful relationship and I have loved watching it grow throughout the series and this is the perfect culmination for them. Seth has grown and flourished so much with Malcolm, it's wonderful to see the change and see him gain confidence. Malcolm is such a great Daddy and you can truly feel the love they have for one another. The narrator is fabulous and did a totally amazing job narrating this one. I voluntarily reviewed a gifted copy of this audio book.

Great finale

This vol was a perfect way to end the series. This one wasn't as angsty as the previous ones and I loved it. We were able to see Malcolm & Seth put the terrible past behind them and move on to more enjoyable things.

A wonderful ending to a truly lovely series!

I got partway through this audiobook for review and went searching for the writer. Then I begged, oh how I begged for the privilege, honor, and pleasure of listening to and reviewing the first two books of this series. Before one dives into the book, Morticia Knight warns readers of possible triggers in the book involving references to past child abuse. The relationship between daddy (Malcolm) and boy (Seth) is a loving one that focuses most on healing, though the erotic kinky stuff is there for enjoyment. By developing love and trust in Malcolm, Seth feels safe enough to explore new things that are delightful to the reader. The reading is handled beautifully by Nick J. Russo, one of the absolute best in the business. He voices each man in a definitive, meaningful way that never leaves the listener uncertain which character is speaking or thinking. But Morticia doesn't let us off easy as Malcolm and Seth encounter a challenge in their forever lives but it is resolved beautifully. I thank the author most sincerely for the sheer beauty of this series. She is DEFINITELY one to watch!

Forever and Always

I have loved listening to Malcolm and Seth's story! This third and final installment was everything I was hoping for and more. Seth has had such an amazing journey, and his relationship with Malcolm was exactly what they both needed. Nick J. Russo did an amazing job narrating. Each character had a distance voice.

Making their own future

Malcolm and Seth have had quite the journey getting from their bar meeting to this eventual HEA. Seth has grown and matured so much over the series and it was nice seeing him gain confidence. While everything was wrapped up satisfactorily, this last portion of the story was a bit choppy and disjointed, so not quite up to par with the rest in my opinion. Nick J. Russo did a great job reprising these characters.

Now and Forever

Now and Forever is Book 3 in the Father series and should be enjoyed in order. This book is a wonderful conclusion to the special relationship Seth and Malcolm have. They've both come so far. Though tragedy does strike it only opens more opportunities for them. This is a sweet daddy/boy series and I recommend it.
Narrator Nick J. Russo does a fabulous job and it's been a pleasure to listen to him throughout this series.

Their growing bond

This is Malcolm and Seth's third and final installment, Seth is growing increasingly worried about meeting his Daddies parents! I have enjoyed every moment of their love story. The books/audiobooks need to be read in series order due to ongoing story. Nick J. Russo did a fantastic job of the narration.

Great characters and some surprises

Seth and Malcom continue to be amazing characters that immerse you in their story immediately. Their emotional wounds are healing, their trust is leading them into deeper explorations of certain areas and thing seem to be working out in the way they and the reader expects. Then, there is a real plot surprise that I bet you won't see coming. It is wonderfully done. I love being surprised by a where a book goes. Nick J. Russo continues to be one of my favorite narrators. He brings everything you want to his performance here.

Now and Forever

What a great conclusion. I've very much enjoyed this trilogy. Seth and Malcolm are good together and have shown much growth. They’ve earned their happiness. Nick Russo does a good job with the narration. I personally enjoy the listen sped up as his delivery tends to be a bit low for me.

Malcolm and Seth Forever

I was happy to start this book after just having finished the previous one. Seth and Malcolm were fresh in my mind. Their pain, their joy, their love…and compassion. Each man has tragedy in his past, and each man is starting to move forward into the future. Now they have each other, and that makes all the difference in the world.

But life is not yet all chocolates and roses. Seth’s past still hangs over him. He escaped a horrible conversion camp, but his father and the rest of the staff haven’t been adequately held to account…yet. My hope was that loose thread would be solved in this book and it was.

Things are finally looking like they’re getting into a nice rhythm when tragedy strikes. Nothing to do with Seth and Malcolm as a couple, but something that is going to disrupt their lives and challenge how they’ve perceived their relationship. The Daddy/boy dynamic is still there, but there are moments when Seth needs to be the one offering comfort. That’s if he’s up to the task.

I knew I was going to get a happy ending, but I didn’t correctly predict the direction it might take. And I have to say Malcolm’s parents were amazing. We should all be so lucky to be blessed with understanding and generous people in our lives.

I’m sad to see the series end, but ended perfectly so that was worth something. And I will say Nick J. Russo did an awesome job narrating the series. Worth a listen, to be sure.

Wonderful Ending to a Lovely Series

This whole series has been really special, but this episode is extra adorable. I'm not going to spoil it, but if you're a fan of Malcolm and Seth you're going to love this one. Morticia Knight tempers the angst with tons of warm feels, and plenty of super hot romance.

It's a journey for these two men, but it's 100% worth it. A really wonderful story.

Audio for the whole series is beautifully performed by Nick J. Russo. Mr. Russo always does an amazing job with his younger characters, and his Seth is just perfect. Listening to this series in audio definitely makes the most of the dramatic moments, as well as the sweet ones.

A long epilogue

This one has the same problems as the others, but it took a step up because it felt like it was a looong epilogue. I don't know how I fell about this, while I liked the stories (yes, there is a lot os small "plots" going on), the overall feel left me disconnected.

The narration is amazing as well, kudos to Nick J. Russo <3

Sweet Conclusion

It was so great to listen to this conclusion of Seth and Malcoms story. Their dynamic is so sweet, Malcom is so patient and loving with Seth. Seth has so much anxiety about everything and Malcom handles it perfectly. Malcom's mom is also so amazing. We also get to see Seth grow a little and step up when he needs to. If you have enjoyed this series so far you will definitely love this one.

Beautiful

This was such an amazing end to an amazing series. Listening as these two characters are finding their for several happiness rather than the just now happiness that most people seem to find. I loved listening as they further developed their close bond by finding what kinks worked for them both. This is certainly a well written story and beautifully narrated.
