I love this book

I love this story and have read this book. I was really excited to listen to the audio version.
The story is still awesome!
I love the female narrator, she does great with both the female and male character voices. She gives Fiona that strong female voice that her character it.
I linked the male narrator's voice until he tried to do the female characters. Every female character he did sounded like a whiney snob, and that is not who any of these women are. I would cringe whenever he tried to do the female voices.

Great story-

I think this should have been done as dual performance- male performer’s voice is so deep that it made him doing the female dialogue sound odd. Otherwise great audiobook.

Not the Marrying Kind

I originally read this book in 2021. This may have been one of my first Kathryn Nolan books. Listening to the audiobook has been a real treat. Wayne Mitchell is a new to me narrator and he did a great job as Max Devlin, our bad boy vagabond mechanic. Maxine Mitchell did a fantastic job as the straight laced (but rocks out when she can) lawyer. Their story is fun and so so good.

Friends to Lovers

Friends to Lovers meets biker, meets lawyer. Yes please! This story was the perfect mix of swoony, sexy, and party. Plus, we get a few accents!
Maxine Mitchell is the perfect choice for Fiona, while Wayne steadily grew on me as a narrator.

Love the Quinn and Devlins

A beautiful story with laughs and tears as Max and Fiona learn that a leap in faith to find love can hurt but end up happy. The steamy loving and intensity of their hearts desires adds to their story. Kudos to Kathryn Nolan and the narrators.

Very enjoyable!

Made me feel like I knew the people and was right there with them. I am nothing like these people but enjoyed being able to share their story.
