Love the characters!

What a fun mystery filled with interesting characters. I was surprised by smell of the twists & turns at the end but it all came together nicely.

I Liked this one, cute, mysterious, I fell

An easy story to get lost in.

I hate writing reviews, but I enjoy sharing what I like. I thoroughly enjoyed the book. For me it's the kind of story that I would like more of, the kind you go looking for the next book of the series. It doesn't need a second book, the author wrapped it all up beautifully in the epilogue, but I still wish there was a next because I enjoyed that much.

Would read again!

Very talented narrator! The story and characters are brought to life through the wonderfully descriptive words of the author . I actually giggled out loud several times!

Loved the performance! The distinct voices made it so easy to follow the colorful cast of characters!

The narrator was clear and non-invasive

I liked the English accent of the narrator. She spoke slowly so that I was able to speed the narrative up to my listening speed. This was a great mix of characters residing in a little village. I could picture them all.

Really Wonderful

I really loved this book. I didn't want it end and yet I was constantly waiting to find out how it ended. The ending was just what I hoped to have...Thank you Freya for another really lovely book.

This book was just "good enough". No great but not bad. I appreciated the story but it's not much of a mystery.

for fans of Only Murders in the Building

this book was fun, silly, challenging, emotional and heartwarming. all of the characters were well written and I loved them all (even the ones I just loved to hate.) this is really enjoyable read ♡
