A beautiful Small Town Romance!

This is the second book in the Ocean Cove Series, a Small Town Romance. This is a series of interconnected standalone stories. Dominic and Thea's second chance romance is emotional and beautiful. The back and forth past to present is well done, and easy to follow. Their journey is filled with secrets, and twists and turns. The secondary characters are great. Lessa Lamb and Zachary Webber did a fantastic job with the narration. I enjoyed it. Looking forward to listen to No Vacancy, the first book in the Series.

Sweet story.

Sweet second chance story with a little bit of heartache, lovable characters, great dialogue and a little bit of spice. Dominic has me fallen for him, another book boyfriend to add to my long list of book boyfriends. I enjoyed No Reservations.

My heart is so full

I don’t think my heart could be any fuller after listening to this book. This truly was a delightful listen which kept my attention the whole time The characters were great with each of the heartache and growth and their chemistry was refreshing while it was there and poignant is wasn’t over the top.

The narrators did a great job bringing this story to a me dimension and really soothing me with their voices.

I always love that aha moment when the title directly corresponds to the book and this one didn’t disappoint.

Moving forward!

This is my first time listening to a Stephanie Rose story. Thea and Dominic’s second chance romance highlights the struggles with letting go of the past and how hard it is to be totally transparent when agreeing to start again. The lesson to be learned is that holding onto past actions can prevent one from moving forward, thereby holding you back! Luckily for them, they were both honest, loving, compassionate and understanding people. What really cemented the success of their relationship was that they were really great at being friends too!! Lessa Lamb and Zachary Webber’s performances were wonderfully done and appropriately brought the emotions intended. I look forward to more of this series.

No Reservations

I am usually not a quick audiobook listener; I actually prefer to read books, and only listen to audios while in the car. But, I was so into No Reservations that I found time to sneak extra time in whenever I could! Lessa Lamb and Zachary Webber did a fantastic job of narrating Stephanie Rose's words, and bringing Dominic and Thea to life!

amazing audible and story!!

This is the first book I've read/ listened to from this author and I am sooooo in love with these characters. I'm so going to have to read the 1st book in the Ocean Cove series!

This story really struck a cord with me since I also lost my mom to cancer, so I totally know how Dominic felt. He had the world in his palm and the love of Thea until his mom died and then he needed time away to find himself. Unfortunately he broke Thea's heart in the process. He moves up to where his buddy opened a bar to help him out... and then YEARS later Thea shows back up in his life.

Their story is tragic, but thankfully they were able to forget the past and start anew.

The narrators did an absolutely fabulous job keeping my interest and I give them 2 👍👍 !!

Thea and Dom in a Second-Chance Romance

No Reservations by Stephanie Rose is the second book of the Ocean Cove Series. It follows Dom and Thea as they try to work together in opening a new restaurant, after being broken up for over 4 years.

I really enjoyed reading about Thea and Dom’s journey back together. The circumstances of their separation are surrounded by grief; and so the chance encounter gave them the opportunity to work through their issues. They obviously loved each other very much but the chemistry is still there.

Stephanie Rose is a new-to-me author and I liked her writing style. It was an easy read and I did enjoy the back and forth from then and now between the chapters. I liked the book so much that I got No Vacancy, the first book in this series that focuses on Joe and Catarina’s story, who played big roles in this book too.

I listened to the audio version which is narrated by Lessa Lamb and Zachary Webber. I think they were both great as Thea and Dom. I fell right into the characters as they read to me.

emotional 2nd chance romance

This was an emotional rollercoaster from the beginning! I was lucky to receive this in an audiobook and let me tell you.. Zachary and Lessa brought this book to life and gave it all the emotions it needed.
I could feel Dominic's and Thea's pain as they sorted through their issues and second chance at love.
There were tears shed and lots of cheering for their HEA!!

Great second chance romance

Audiobook review: I enjoyed this book so very much. I haven’t listened to or read the first book but this one can definitely be read as a stand-alone. I’m a sucker for second chance romance and this one was really great. Stephanie Rose is a new to me author and Lessa Lamb is a new to me narrator and I adore Zachary Webber.

Dominic and Thea were such a great couple who parted ways because Dominic lost his mother (I could totally relate to how he felt at times). He just didn’t know how to process his feelings so he left Thea and moved away, shattering both of their hearts in the process.

Fate brings them back together for their work and Dominic is using this as a sign to try to win her back. But Thea has something she hasn’t told him yet and she isn’t sure how to. Both of them have so much hurt that they need to heal from and the need each other to find that peace.

I’m definitely going to check out book one to get Joe’s story.
