this was cute and the happy ending even better😉 i feel like it ended too soon but it was very good.

Story was fun and romantic. I finished it in one day, couldn't put it down.

Good but….

Female narrator has an annoying habit of making almost every sentence sound like a question. Really irritating. Also, she makes the FMC sound like a tentative and confused teenager. Male narrator is fine.

The concept was nice in this one, different for me

I went right into this 2nd series in the same world as the demon mates and still enjoy these kind of stories/the interconnected standalone romances in a trilogy template. I will say I like the demon trilogy more than the dragon trilogy (I am almost done book 3 in the dragon trilogy so I feel ok saying that already haha).

I was intrigued by the brothers we got to meet because of Brynn from the demon trilogy and these brothers were maaaaaan more rough than the demons hahaha. I mean in terms of their walls and situations. The issues more fell on the ladies in the demon trilogy but in this series the more problematic character seemed to be the men. Nothing wrong with that, just set us up for a different dynamic. We start with Eli and Elodie, Eli being the main brother we got to know in the previous series. I liked the dynamic in this one, with trying to hold off the mate bond because of the situation Eli is in with his Thunder. I think the Thunder is ridiculous though and they kind of putter out in the rest of the series so the plot and world building was definitely not as strong in this trilogy as it was in the demon trilogy - one of the reasons why these all are getting 4 stars instead some of the 5 stars I gave the demon trilogy).

I loved how in the demon trilogy you got a well rounded plot and steam, and this series you don't get that as much. The plot really is about the steam so it just hit me as hard/didnt keep me as engaged as the other series. I think this book was the best out of the 3, I connected most with this couple. I liked Elodie and her personality. Especially with how the story even started, want to protect a stranger and make sure she was ok. I also liked the dynamic between Elodie and Eli was a team first and foremost and how they got through heat together. I was frustrated with him when he left (like JUST LEAVE A NOTE DANG IT) but liked how Elodie handled it haha. She is a take no nonsense character and got her way and maneuvered the politics of the Thunder well.

Steam was fantastic, I liked how the heat went from touching, then intimate touching, and then full on. I liked they developed the feelings and relationship pretty much before they sealed the bond. I liked how she stood up to him and they had fabulous chemistry in and out of the bedroom. Narration was good too, I wish it was duet but understand that's pretty expensive so that's not always an option. Solid 4 stars for both narrators, they did a good job with all the emotions, the ferality, the frustration, etc.

Absolutely Delicious!!!

I enjoyed this first part of Series, has a little bit of everything. The characters were well written. narrators did fantastic job pulling you in.

The woman’s voice is annoying

The story gives Wattpad vibes and the narrator’s voice for Elaine is extremely annoying. Plot is rather boring and simple and the story felt rushed.
