I never had any idea what neuroplasticity really was until I got this book. This book has given me enough information. I like it.

Highly recommended

Good choice

Great Listen!

I have been wanting to eliminate stress, anxiety and depression out of my life. However, it seems to be following all the time. Well this book is a great help to me because there are exercises being presented here that are practical and helpful. This is really an impressive audible book.

Very Interesting

One of the most helpful books I have ever found!!!

A very interesting book

I think most people here have some bad habits that they wish to break. This book was very helpful in teaching me how to break some of my bad habits. Not only that, I learned a lot more from this book that is helpful for myself as well as telling others about some things they can do to help improve some of the mental stress they build up. Would definitely recommend reading this book.

Really Cool!

There is so much info in this book that I didn't know. School never taught me this! College courses are not even this informative!. I learned a wealth of information from this! Definitely this audio is worth buying and listening to over and over for several times. You need to take notes and digest this info. I can really apply this knowledge to improve my brain, work, and overall productivity. Also this audio is great for mental health professionals and patients alike. must buy! must listen!!
