I didn’t see it coming!😲

Noor just can’t catch a break. She has been through so much and now I can’t see why she’s the way she is. I was on an emotional roller coaster!!! 💆🏾‍♀️

We All NEED somebody!

Yes, yes, yes! #TeamNoor, that is all! Also, this was a re-read, I read the ebook previously and these narrators REALLY brought this story to life! It was perfect. Having already been familiar with the characters, I had preconceived ideas about their vibes and I have to say these narrators exceeded my expectations!

People read for inspiration

People read for inspiration. That is what comes to mind after hearing this book. I heard another book from this author and fell in love with the story and the characters. This book was horrible from the first words. The main character didn't make you care about her. She just pissed you off. Tough up bringing yes but, we humans learn fast. This character was not only sad by lacked any sense. Most root for the under dog some, like the HEA. This was a book about a young woman who played dumb and was. The abuse well it happens. This book just put a sour taste in my mouth. The author can write but I hope part 2 is better.

Had me dialed in the while time!

Trauma, abuse, complicated feelings, sweetness and audacity! Whew child! That's my description of Noor. Great listen, running to start part 2!
