Shayna Small delivered this story beautifully!

I read this story back when it was first released and absolutely loved it! The audio elevates the experience. I loved the 90's references and vibe. Takerra Allen does such a magnificent job ringing her readers into the mind and heart of her characters they become living beings to us. I've already listened twice because this story just wont let me go...although there is a particular scene and I can not suffer through again.
I highly recommend this story.

This is my first time with the author and narrator. I’m so happy I stumbled upon this book. It’s excellent! Well written, coming of age, relatable and all together great. It kept me engaged the entire time…I couldn’t put it down. Bravo!!
