Enjoyed both storyline and narrator

Very interesting storyline, unlike others I have listened to. Narrator was great! I was able to distinguish the different characters as they changed throughout the book. both story and narrator kept my attention well, excited for the next book!

A Suspense Story Filled with Love

This is a story that combines very different genres but does so masterfully. In a perfect communion of paranormal, thriller and love stories, the characters have to deal with unsuspected threats both mortal and supernatural. The psychological torment brought out by unnecessary guilt, brings the protagonist Lex to the brink of desperation until friendship, love, and professional investigation skills, can finally lift that tormenting burden from her shoulders. The characters are all very well developed and likable. The guessing game continues to the end and will not disappoint. The ending of the book assumes a continuation and I for one cannot wait to read it.

Just Read & You Will Love It!

When you listen to a book, you close your eyes, envision the story being told to you, like you are in a dream. I felt like I was there playing a role in the scenes, trying to figure out what was going to happen next. Feeling the distress of the characters, the memories of each one and the long ago lost love. There was a balance, one was loyalty, the other was dismay, you knew when one ended and the other began. The different elements of the book took you far and wide with twists and turns you couldn't imagine. I'm ready to listen to book 2 of The Damned Series ~ Sweet Visions

Cool Concept!

Lexi moves back home after a bad relationship. Her parents die soon after and she blames herself nut not in the way most people do. She saw herself do it and can remember details of doing it. She reunited with a cousin who lives in town Mia and her high school sweetheart Jake. What she see's isn't really her killing her parents but a dream of it and she see's other dreams, horrible dreams and there's a man who visits her dreams.

The story is fast-paced, plot directed and includes strong characters. It's an easy book to sink into and listen in one shot. Mia and Lexi soon learn they aren't everyday people but have special and unique abilities passed on from their parents and heritage. Mia knew but Lexi didn't. After all the dreams and other wild things that start happening she soon learns.

A paranormal romance with crazy plot twists and excitement!

Wow!

Loved this book! Fast paced with lots of suspense. Lex and Jake are great characters, I loved their dynamic. The narrator did an amazing job of bringing the characters to life. I hope to listen or read more in this series! I received a free review copy of this audiobook at my request and I have voluntarily left this review.
