I absolutely loved this book. Great lessons to learn and I would recommend it to everyone. I couldn't stop listening to it.

Helpful and practical

I enjoyed this book. It gave practical directions for how to identify and manage my emotions when and before they happen. This is a title that I will come back to as I found it to be extremely helpful and I have recommended to my mother and friends.

Ofcourse I Concur

I picked up this book after listening to a recent interview with The Honorable Judge. It has been suggested that I write down the principal and words to live by that I share. Now I know I can simply refer them to this book. If they apply it, many can be find in these pages a blueprint to things that will lead to sanity.

Beware of foul language

As a woman of God I don't like a lot of foul language it stirs up something in me lol. Just beware. I did finish the book because it's really helpful and I paid for it lol enjoy ladies and gents
