wow, tons of ideas. I probably need to listen to it again to do it proper Justice. Also, different ideas are pertinent at different times in your real estate business. probably make sense to pick it up again in a couple years also

A Must Listen!

Loved it! I really enjoyed this book. I recommend it to anyone interested in Real Estate!
There are lots of good ideas & systems that i will incorporate into my business.
Some ads for the authors training & services are included but done in good taste & low key & not offensive.

Great Information, Horrible Narration

I found the information to be invaluable, but it was not easy to understand the narrator. Either someone sped up the audio or the narrator did not know how to insert pauses to allow the audience to digest each idea.

what a wonderful book

mitch really knows his stuff and had made me think. His voice reader sounds like a robot but the content is worth pushing through it.
