Bad reading compared to an actual person

The AI reading leaves much to be desired. There are lots of mispronuciations and a lot of it sounds weird. The inflections for a lot of the book is just flat when being read by a virtual voice.

If this is best AI or whatever can do - please go with something or someone better - really denigrates the story

The mystery

It was a good story. Could have used a little more romance. I enjoyed the story though.

Great listen

This is a great listen with lots of charming characters and twist in the action.

AI narration is just awful

I like Addison Moore's stories. they are cute and have great characters! unfortunately the AI narration is not good. connotations and annunciations are often mispronounced. there is no feeling to the reading. I love audio books because I listen to them while I travel for work everyday. the narration makes a big difference and thank goodness these are free because if I paid for them I would be very upset.

Good stories, flat narration

The stories are entertaining, but the virtual voice narration is flat and unemotional. Several mispronounced words and the flat affect really does the author a disservice.

Distracting Narration

Could not finish the book because the narration is so distracting. Weird intonations, mispronounce words. Tried to tune it out and focus on the story, but just could not!!! Barely made it through four chapters

Virtual voice distracting

Virtual voice is very distracting While an ok way to pass some time,I did find the fake voice narration pretty regularly annoying, distracting. (Hence 1 star “performance”. There is no performance)The plots are good but there is way too much repetition of story points. Any title that uses fake narration should be included in membership.

I loved the relationships Lottie has

Wish it didn’t talk of sex as much and it’s so good it doesn’t need curse words.
