Good storyline

The book was good from beginning to end. I could not stop listening to it.

Pretty good

Murder at the Taffy Shop is a pretty good cozy mystery with engaging characters and an entertaining plot. I look forward to the next book.

Great Cozy Mystery!

The storyline is really well written with twists and turns but not dark. The characters are so interesting I couldn’t put it down. I love a series and I starting the next one right now!

Very funny, very sunny!

I am seriously enjoying this series! Especially the gorgeous parrot character, she’s delightful. I also love how each of the characters are developing in each book of the series.

life decisions with a side of murder

Like most cozies, there's a portion of the book devoted to the MC's lovelife. If you are struggling with fertility issues, pregnancy or child loss, or prefer to avoid family planning topics, please be aware that the end of chapter 19 and chapter 20 involve a great deal of the MC debating whether to marry and have kids. I will be honest, at this point in my IVF journey, which hasn't been going well so far, it was enough that I haven't finished the book yet. I enjoyed the first and will likely skip ahead in the series to see if Mac is at a point in her life that's less triggering to me given where I am in mine.

AT LONG LAST

SO HAPPY THAT THE 2ND BOOK IN THIS FUN SERIES WAS FINALLY RELEASED ON AUDIBLE. THE CHARACTERS, THE SETTING, THE STORYLINE, AND BELLE, OF COURSE, ARE ALL WONDERFUL. I SINCERELY HOPE IT DOESN'T TAKE ANOTHER 2 YEARS TO GET BOOK 3.
