too much marketing

there are too many plugs for all of the sponsors to let this be enjoyable.

Too many dictated URLs

Had to stop listening. The book would probably be descent if not for the monotonous URL pitches every three minutes. It seems like the book was written solely for the purpose of advertising for products and websites.

Difficult to listen to

Has some good stories and some good info. But it’s tough as an audio book with the constant website plugs.

absolute garbage

Can't say enough about how much of a waste of time and money this book is. almost zero information about deer or hunting deer and the rest is about how one of the Drury's shot his big buck, what guide he uses, what equipment he uses(complete with links to websites so you can buy all the crap that they use..... seriously dozens of links) what was Drury's most difficult shot, what was his longest shot, what is his most difficult hunt..... who cares! all about guides in Alberta, how the guides will berate you for not being in shape (which is crap as a former guide)...... the list goes on and on.....DON'T get this crap book.

hope you enjoy 5 hours of advertising.

I couldn't even listen after 5 minutes. it is all about advertising. terrible narrator.
