Rocky Mountain Hotness 🥵

Luther (MMC) & Kendra (MFC) have a chance meet cute on her way to moving to her dads house. The sparks fly between them 🔥 but Kendra leaves and goes to her dad’s house, which is only a very short distance away from Rocky.🌶️🌶️🌶️

A twist of fate has them face to face again and leave them both shocked by who they are to each other and let the sneaking around commence😆🤎😆

This has got to be one of my favorite SJ Tilly books! Mountain Daddy had me giggling like a teenager and swooning like it’s my job.

Absolute perfection

This is such a steamy story!!!! The Daddy/Baby Doll dynamic is so well written that there’s not an ounce of cringe. There’s the perfect amount of angst. There’s the dynamite explosive attraction. The plot twists and little secrets (not too sneaky now) were fun to watch develop. SJ Tilly has a good habit of purposeful hints being dropped in her books if you know what to look for. I love a good HEA. Who doesn’t love adorable foxes? The banter not just between the main characters, but between the best friends is so wonderful. I love the sibling “drinking contest” because we love a good supportive sibling. Across the board I truly ate this read up and laughed so so many times.

Now…. Erin Mallon bravo X 1,000, per usual she slays as a narrator! Her emotion is so spot on in her reads. I love that it never sounds like she’s reading to you, but more like it’s a real conversation. She’s divine! Ahhhh Mr. Conner Crais as the male narrator sizzzzling for sure. I love a good vocally emotional narrator from the males perspective and there is a part where he gets choked up in the book and I’ll be dipped if this man didn’t nail that with absolute perfection. Amazing duet here truly! If you have been on the fence about audiobooks, take the leap with these guys and you won’t be disappointed.

And then do like I did, read every single book SJ Tilly has ever written in as many days.

The dialog was good, banter and the storyline good.Fun to add in a Fox, that was different!

plenty of spice, not much story.

first off, I really dislike the snarky, sing song voice of the female narrator. male narrator absolutely fabulous. I was disappointed in this story especially since I liked the first one so much. the most interesting character was a secondary character, Ethan. can't wait for his story! I hope he gets one.

Enter a cozy inn, a charming bar, and Luther: the rugged, older silver fox who owns the place. Sparks fly, eye contact lingers, and one steamy night later… everything changes.
Because come Sunday morning, Dad’s best friend Rocky drops by—and surprise, surprise, Rocky is Luther. Cue the most awkward brunch ever. Now they're both stuck trying to act normal while hiding one unforgettable night.
It starts off spicy (and trust me, I was here for it), but what really stole the show was the snappy wit and hilarious banter. I laughed more reading this spicy romance than I ever expected. The sheer amount of bad luck and “almost got caught” moments had me absolutely rolling! It’s The Proposal meets It’s Complicated, sprinkled with forbidden tension that adds just the right zing.
Kendra, Luther, and Joe were unforgettable. The father-daughter dynamic between Kendra and Joe tugged at my heart in the best way—it made me miss my own dad. Their banter? Endlessly charming. And the bromance between Joe and Luther had me grinning. That moment when Joe found out? I could picture it like a movie scene, and honestly… this needs to be on the big screen.

Connor Crais can do no wrong as far as I'm concerned. There were parts that he got super gravelly, and my only wish was that he did that more! Erin did great, but her phrasing, where she drawls out the last word on her sentence's kind of grates on me. Overall, though, they did a great job portraying the main characters.

Mountain Daddy is a mountain of fun!!

Love this 2nd book in the series by S.J. Tilly so much! IT IS A MUST LISTEN! The cover with WA is perfect! It is hot and hilarious, but heartbreaking, too. I smiled, chuckled, and giggled through a lot of it! Connor Crais & Erin Mallon really outdid themselves! They were absolutely perfect as Luther/ Rocky/Daddy/Papi and Kendra/ Kenny/ BabyDoll/Brat. There is soooo much GROWLY GOODNESS by Connor as Luther! And the contrast between Luther and best friend, Joe/Kendra's dad, had me cracking up -- they have an Oscar & Felix/ Odd Couple vibe...not to mention Joe is a huge c0ck block! Erin was so terrific as sassy, spicy Kendra -- who really is a great match for Luther! Love it when she teases him for being an old man! Plus, I loved the whole thing with Buddy! It's like he becomes the family pet! (So many exclamation points... I know, but Mountain Daddy is a mountain of fun. I've already listened several times, and know it will be a favorite re-listen.)

Wonderful book by a brilliant author. Audio book narration was excellent! Completely fantastic! Great characters, lots of tears and even more laughs! Cannot wait for the next book!
