Definitely Recommended!

I love this gem of a book. The entries are brief but thoughtful and relevant. I enjoy the book so much that I gave it to my yoga teacher. She likes it so much that she reads aloud from it at the end of each class. I was given a free advance copy of this audio book at my request and have voluntarily left this review
