Good topic but not narrator’s voice

The material and information covered was worthwhile but it was difficult listening to it because the narrator had a very monotone voice. If there’s a different reader available in a different version I would recommend choosing a different audiobook than this one.

Very enlightening good book, didn't care for narrator, too robotic, made it hard to finish

Super helpful framework for personal development.

Mindset is basically a framework that collects common positive psychology beliefs on self esteem and growth and lays them out beautifully as clear, helpful principles.

I read this book twice to make sure it sunk in!

The author lost a star for a random unscholarly segment in chapter 4 on young people entering the work force. She unfortunately parrots the common stereotypes about millennial workers needing copious amounts of praise and being unable to handle critique that have no basis in fact. Of course, she cites no sources whatsoever in this segment. Weird considering the rest of the book seemed well researched and based on fact and common sense.

Eye opening

This book has opened my eyes to my fixed mindset ways, but I also gives me hope that I can work on these for a happier, more successful, and fulfilling life for me and for others around me. I am eager to learn more and practice working on a growth mindset after reading this book. You won’t regret reading this and it’s well worth the time spent. I love that the author uses real life accounts to help explain and to show the practical use of the content provided.

Good to keep it in the back of the mind

it is well written and narrated, I'm just not a fan of standards that label people.
