This is the one! Amazing guide for teens and

As a grade 6 teacher, I will be adding this book to complement my health lessons! This book gives amazing examples for kids and guides them on mindfulness. The narrator is perfect as her tone and speech are exactly what teens and pre-teens need. Add this one to your library. Highly recommended!

A must read for parents with teens or pre-teens!

This is a great book with lots of helpful information regarding mindfulness and meditation. Regardless of your religious beliefs, mindfulness allows you to get in touch with your feelings and emotions so you can manage with grace. Meditation helps you relax and focus with the present moment without any judgments. These two practices help you relieve stress and anxiety which is important when dealing with day-to-day pressures of life. There are many great tips and advice in the book that can be very useful for your teens and pre-teens. Highly recommended!

Practical and Factual

The information in Mindfulness, Meditation for Teens & Pre-Teens provides a practical guide with a lot of examples. I liked the concept of vision/dreaming/and purpose as a starting place to journey in the right direction. It is thorough and has sound suggestions. Having the case studies earlier might engage the young people more, as well as some interaction to keep this age group committed to all of the choices available.

This book has some great information, it is engaging and visual. A great book for teenagers, the information they can relate to. A definite thumbs up from me.

A great book to have

This is one of the best book I have to listen to . Working with youth who have experience a lot of trauma, this is a useful tool for me as well as the youth. Listening to book helped calmed my anxiousness. This is a book that will help regulate my youth to be in safe spaces just as I experienced listening to the book.

Helped me get good sleep!

I was having trouble getting a good night's sleep and this book was especially helpful in getting much higher quality rest! Despite how it helped me it had so many other snippets of knowledge on ADHD, depression, anxiety, and more! This book helped me in more ways than one and I know could help many others!

Therapeutic, Simple and Practical

Mindfulness, Meditation for Teens and Pre-Teens is a fabulous resource for any teen or preteen that struggles with anxiety, depression or even sleep problems. I’ve passed this book along to my teen who is juggling between working a full time job and trying to achieve success with building his career portfolio in graphic design. There are times when his mind races and he experiences sleep deprivation and even insomnia.

This book has helped him tremendously!

Back to school gift

This book will be such a tremendous benefit for my daughter as she returns to school this fall. She has been struggling with anxiety and just the thought of having to return to school is keeping her up at night. There are really great practical tips and exercises for students to help relieve their stress and anxiety.

Helpful for the Times We Now Live

There's no need for teenagers to feel trapped or embarrassed to journey this crazy life. Fears are normal, but this book helps you figure out how to practically deal with them and experience life to the full. I hope many many teenagers get their hands on this book.
