Publisher's Summary

Learn techniques to rewire your mind and create better habits.

Living well is to live as a moral and reasonable person. Nevertheless, by definition, humans are not moral or ethical. Human beings are predisposed to behave selectively in the universe depending on how it benefits them. Our minds are wired directly into their pleasure and pain. We do not recognize others' interests and needs, necessarily.

But humans also have the raw ability to develop into fair-minded, professional thinkers to become moral and ethical people. This audiobook deals with the first of these criteria. It lays the philosophical foundations needed to understand the mind, its functions, its inherent tendency to irrationality, and its reasoning power. It's intended for those who can change their thinking to enhance their choices, the quality of their lives, the nature of their interpersonal relationships, and their world view.

It is intended to provide an initial map to help interested people get rid of the traps that their minds have created. By critical thinking, it points the way to mindfulness and self-understanding.

In this book, you will learn:

  • What mind hacking is
  • How to train your mind
  • What is the mind and spirituality relation
  • What are mind hacks for a successful life

So, let's go on the journey of learning life skills by listening to this book. And for you, this book is for self-comprehension. You can learn how to better communicate with your subconscious and how to put your subconscious on the path you want.

Simple methods to improve your mind

Six colored hats are mentioned in this book. One being a white hat, which, like a blank piece of paper, makes you think of all possibilities available for a given situation. The green hat represents growth, like green grass or fruit. Your mind focuses on ways to grow. I'll let you read the book for the other colored hats and what they represent.

Great read

I liked the holistic approach covering the specific techniques to harness the mind’s power, alongwith how to manage our physiology to get the maximum out of our minds. The chapter on multi-perspective thinking helped me to change my perspective and think about any situation from multiple angles. All in all, great book. I have already recommended this to my friends.

Good job

It contains some interesting facts about the future of mind exploration by scientists. Author very lucidly explained the technical aspects of how neurons fire and make connections within each other and how that impacts the human behaviour. The chapter on how to debug your mind was a great insight, as I noted how our mind operates on pre-conditioned beliefs only. The techniques to boost focus, and get rid of distraction were very powerful.

Exactly what I was looking for.

I've read many books around this topic and this is by far the best read I've had in months. I truly recommend it. Very informative and easy to comprehend. Step by step instructions of how to think more intelligently that actually work. Intriguing information bringing more knowledge to ones intuition. Significant to know that knowledge is not power, implementation is.
