With an approach that puts well-being at the heart of fertility, this easy-to-follow guide by top fertility specialist Ann Bracken offers a proven successful alternative to formal counselling.

Her comprehensive and supportive book gives help and guidance on how to enhance and improve the outcome. Well worth a listen

If talking about your infertility and IVF journey isn't top of your topics, even with friends, get this book. This book is reassuring and grounding. It's good to know that others feel just like you. I cried. I learnt about myself. I felt encouraged to change lots of little lifestyle habits. It was the start of a change in my mindset and now after a second IVF treatment, I am pregnant.

Average read

I found this book quite boring and not up to date with the latest fertility studies. Lots of “McMindfulness” spin and other fillers that’s found in most self-help books. There are better books out there on the issue. If you are just starting out your research, it won’t hurt to read it, of course.
