The reviews are likely a scam

I admit, I was suckered by the reviews, so I purchased the book. I am only at chapter 3, but the book is boring and uninformative. I decided to recheck the reviews. I have never seen 100% 5 star reviews for Overall, Performance, and Story. It just doesn’t happen. Look at the dates of the reviews. Many on the same day, almost all in a tight window in December 2020. If this book magically becomes the best book I have ever hear, I will change my review. In the meantime, don’t fall for this statistical impossibility.

Loved this


I feel like half of this is common sense, and the other half gave me “ah ha” moments! It feels good hearing someone say those things, having someone tell me how to achieve my goals! I have instantly started using these exercises! Wonderful! I will listen over and over and over again to remind myself how important my goals are!

The author did a great job.

This was an easy listen that focuses on mindfulness, specifically how to develop one's brain into a powerful and calmer mind. it helped me develop my mental awareness and finally start doing things I've been putting off for a long time. I highly recommend it
