    Wonderful guide

    One of the best books ever! I’ve read many positive thinking books but this is one of the best ones that I’ve ever read. If you are a baseball fan, you’ll love this book. Just realize, that once you start reading it you’re not gonna be able to put it down. Very well written and so easy to read and so much great information in it.

    Recommended for all.

    I highly recommend this book. I loved how it related to me, and was able to let me understand more about the subject of the book. There were no over the top phoniness. It was just real information that brought about real reflection about my life and actions in it. I am thankful to have come across this Author and I cannot wait to try more of her books.

    Glad I bought it

    It has step by step guide to help one in the process to fully attain and improve the mental and physical health. It has help me to get clear understanding on mindfulness and how it works and how it helps one to have an inner peace. This is what I need and glad that I stumbled upon this book!

    I have been searching for a guide such as this for a long time. Not only does it help me in my preparation to become a masters world champion, but has helped me greatly in leading the athletes I train to reach their potential. Very highly recommended.

    Wonderful Book!!!

    Strong mind leads to strong body. The book is more on execution on facing fears and taking more risks in life. It's a good book! Full of positive insights. The author dedicated an entire chapter about real examples of people showcasing mental toughness. Got some nice tips here as well. Let's be tough!
