Learned a lot about how to improve memory

I did learn a lot from this guidebook. I’m not a chef and I usually eat out, so the recipes aren’t as helpful. But at least I know what types of foods are best for a good memory!

Over 50 amazing recipes - You can’t go wrong with

These recipes are fantastic! I liked the variety. Sure, there’s a lot of fish and avocado based recipes (healthy fats are good for your brain) but there’s lots of different choices for smoothies, salads, desserts and more. Yum!

7 Worst Foods for Your Brain - how to avoid!

Unfortunately some of my favorite foods are on this list (I’ll miss you french fries!)
However, if you want to improve your memory and cognitive function and get rid of brain fog, its extremely valuable to know the worst foods and why they affect you negatively.
I have started making some of these recipes every day! Smoothies are my absolute favorite. I throw one together in the morning and I’m good till dinner. Can’t wait to try some of the fish entrees.

Great recipes and lifestyle advice

It’s true that diet and exercise are essential aspects of building a strong memory.
This book teaches you everything you need to know about building the correct lifestyle habits. Even if you are not a chef, most of these recipes I noticed are easy to follow and don’t require a ton of prep, which is something that I like as I have a very busy schedule!
