Great Beginner Guide

This book clearly outlines what the Mediterranean diet is and how to follow it. It also has a number of menus and interesting recipes. I would recommend it for anyone who, like me, would just like a brief outline to help me keep on track as I adopt the Mediterranean diet as my preferred lifestyle.

best diet

This is very easy to follow and it isn't really a diet it is a new way of eating. Extremely easy for anyone to follow, I would recommend it to those who wish to start a new healthy life style.

Great Starting Point

This is a quick, simple introduction to the Mediterranean diet. It's a great way to get a quick idea of what the diet is all about if you're wanting to know if it's the diet for you and makes a great starting point for making the change. I found a good next step book is The Mediterranean Diet for Dummies.

This is the Must-Have Mediterranean.

I found the Mediterranean Diet for Beginners: The Complete Guide, perfect for getting started on my diet. My doctor suggested this. The recipes are not too complex, great for the average person wanting to make a change. The recipes are very good. I love this cookbook. My daughter-in-law copied some of my favorite recipes —so tasty and good for you. With so many of the market, it was hard to select. I bought two, but this one by far is my favorite. A++++
